Shredded Brussels Sprouts w/Proscuitto

recipe- brussels sprouts

12 oz brussels sprouts
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/4 cup chopped shallots
2 thin slices prosciutto
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
fresh ground black pepper

Trim stems off brussels sprouts, then thinly slice
Heat a med size skillet. Add oil & shallots, stirring. Add proscuitto and cook 1 minute until golden. Add sprouts, season w/salt & pepper to taste and cook 5 minutes appx.Serve hot.
